Collections

Having handled thousands of collection cases, we know how to collect money. We can pursue debtors, including the use of many sophisticated techniques such as prejudgment attachments, garnishments and objections to bankruptcy discharge.

Litigation

Our firm has tried hundreds of cases involving many different types of lawsuits. We regularly appear in state and federal courts, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.

Registered Agent

As your registered agent, we act on your behalf for service of process. We also help prepare and file your annual reports to assure continuation of your corporate or limited liability status.  We are registered agent for approximately a hundred businesses, including Virginia, out-of-state companies and international firms.  We do more than the normal registered agents which only pass on served legal papers.
